A beautiful seating area is located nearby and leads to the private swimming pool and garden area. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, each with two sets of linen provided. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and features top-quality fixtures and appliances, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, kitchenware, stovetop, oven, cleaning products, coffee machine, dining table, and wine glasses. The villa also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 32′ satellite TV in every bedroom for entertainment. The beautifully landscaped outdoor area is surrounded by flowers and offers a variety of facilities and spots for relaxation, including a seating area, a dining area, a BBQ, a private swimming pool, sunbeds, poolside tables, a garden, a shower, and car parking. The private swimming pool measures 27m² and has a maximum depth of 2.00m.
