The ground floor is home to a modern living room with a large 51′-60′ satellite HDTV, a comfortable couch, and large windows that bring in lots of natural light, showcasing the breathtaking view of the sea. A beautiful seating area is located nearby and leads to the private swimming pool and garden area. The villa has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds, each with two sets of linen provided. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground floor and features top-quality fixtures and appliances, such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, electric kettle, kitchenware, stovetop, oven, cleaning products, coffee machine, dining table, and wine glasses. The villa also has air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a 32′ satellite TV in every bedroom for entertainment.
